Terms of Service

1. What This Agreement Covers

These terms apply when you visit meerubot.com or use any part of the signal service. By loading the page or requesting a signal, you accept these terms. If you disagree with any part, stop using the site.

2. The Service

Meeru Bot runs a technical analysis engine that computes UP, DOWN, and NEUTRAL signals from live market data. Signals are generated by processing RSI, Stochastic, MACD, and Bollinger Bands readings through a weighted scoring algorithm. The output includes a direction, confidence score, entry price, stop loss, and take profit level.

Free tier includes 12 pairs and 5 timeframes. Premium adds 4H/1D timeframes, XAU/USD, XAG/USD, and broker-specific optimizations. Premium access is invitation-only during beta.

3. What You Can and Cannot Do

You may use the signals for your own trading. You may not:

  • - Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract signals from the site or API
  • - Repackage Meeru Bot signals and sell them as your own product
  • - Decompile or reverse-engineer the scoring engine
  • - Use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to block IPs that abuse the API or violate these rules. If you want API access for a legitimate project, contact us instead of scraping.

4. Ownership

The signal engine, website code, design, text, and "Meeru Bot" name belong to the operator of this site. The indicator values displayed on signal cards are computed data derived from public market feeds and are not proprietary to any third party.

5. Service Reliability

We aim to keep the signals live, but there is no uptime guarantee. The API goes down, providers have outages, markets close. We are not responsible for trading decisions made while the service is unavailable or returning stale data.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always at this URL. If we make major changes, we will note it on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

7. Legal Scope

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator's jurisdiction. Any dispute will first go through direct negotiation before any other action is taken.
